A flyer that looked like a box of fresh cookies, built entirely from flat product shots and packaging artwork.
For the launch of their first UK stores in Manchester, Insomnia Cookies needed vinyl coverings for their storefront windows, alongside a range of printed collateral to support the wider marketing launch.
While the two stores were being fitted out, I designed vinyl graphics to cover the glass storefronts, giving passers-by a strong sense of the brand before the doors had even opened. Alongside this, the client needed a range of printed collateral for the launch, including promotional posters, flyers, and coupons.
Ahead of the launch, the client wanted an attention grabbing flyer to let local people and businesses know the stores would soon be opening. Using the product itself as reference, I designed a square flyer made to look like you were opening a box of cookies. With only flat packaging artwork and product shots to work from, I used Photoshop to mock up the box and bring it to life as realistically as possible.
To support the grand opening of both stores and the launch of the Insomnia Cookies app, I also created a series of promotional posters, alongside coupon designs for distribution on opening day. Evergreen vinyl designs were also produced for the A-frame boards positioned outside each store, giving the brand a consistent presence beyond the initial launch period. The grand opening saw over 100 people queuing outside the Cross Street store, with the flyers and vinyls helping to drive the buzz.
